We strive to keep our costs as low as possible for you. Should you purchase more than one piece of unframed art, we will ship up to three pieces in the same tube, pay for the first piece and others are free (highest price prevails). Insurance and Signature Required - All items are fully insured and an adult delivery signature required.
Missing Items or Stolen/Lost Packages
If you do not receive your package, you must file a claim with Amour d’ Art within 48 hours from the scheduled delivery date of your package or 7 business days from date of payment. We will not be held liable for lost or stolen packages, packages containing missing items, or vandalized packages. Please contact us immediately should you have any questions.
We will not be held liable for any packages or items that have been sold or forwarded on to a third party or international location.

Tube Shipped Items
This refers to all fine art prints on regular paper or un-stretched canvas. These items are all shipped in tubes.
Flat Shipped Items
This category includes, but is not limited to: stretched canvas pieces, items that are printed on panel (wood or other material), framed items. We will combine-ship if possible, there is not a discount for additional items in one box.
This refers to items that are either irreplaceable (i.e. glass, items that are odd or clumsy in size or shape). Fine art for sale in sets or lots is also included in this category. These cannot be combine-shipped.

Terms of Sale
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery on damaged or items received not as described. We cannot offer a return option for the merchandise due to the customer simply changing their mind after opening the artwork. There may be slight variations of color on different monitors. If color is a major factor, please look at different sites and contact us for questions or clarifications. Should an item be damage during shipping, contact us immediately. Please keep all the shipping materials and take photos of the damaged art and we will initiate the process with the shipping company. If necessary, and subject to availability, we will replace the art or issue a full refund. Please do not hesitate call us for any questions regarding our policies.
Availability and Pricing
We cannot be held accountable or forced to honor pricing mistakes or typos on our website. Although we strive to be 100% accurate on our site, there may be a time when there is an error. If such an error exists, Amour d'Art will do whatever is possible to rectify the situation immediately. As the nature of our business is in the field of art, each item is either a limited edition or an original, one-of-a-kind work. Although our gallery owns approximately 90% of the items, there is a possibility an item may not be available. *Sometimes* there may only be one or two pieces in an edition available, and someone may have ordered it just prior to your order. If something is sold out, it means that we, as gallery and dealers can no longer obtain the requested prints, or canvas, at the original issue price. It does NOT mean that the print you seek is not available. It does mean that the artist, the artist gallery, and/or his/her publisher no longer have ANY prints, or canvases, available.
